Join Our Team as the Executive Director of Broadway Hometown Partnership!

Are you passionate about creating vibrant communities and making a meaningful impact? Broadway Hometown Partnership (BHP) is seeking a part-time Executive Director to lead our efforts in beautification, economic development, and community events. This flexible, highly rewarding role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a supportive and dedicated volunteer Board of Directors.

Who We Are

BHP is a 501(c)3 nonprofit association with a 20+ year legacy of enriching the Broadway community for residents and businesses alike. Our past projects include:

  • Co-funding the iconic “Welcome to Broadway” mural on Main Street.
  • Maintaining decorative planter boxes along Main Street.
  • Creating promotional video spots for Broadway businesses.
  • Hosting beloved community events, such as the Red White & Brew Festival and Oktoberfest in Heritage Park.

With your leadership, we aim to continue building a brighter future for Broadway.

What You’ll Do

As Executive Director, you will:

  • Plan and Implement Programs: Collaborate with the board to develop initiatives and events that achieve BHP’s goals.
  • Coordinate Community Events: Organize and execute major events like Red White & Brew and Oktoberfest, marketing, contracting with vendors, and managing volunteers.
  • Drive Marketing Efforts: Promote BHP through social media, manage our online presence, and foster relationships with local businesses and sponsors.
  • Administrative Leadership: Support board meetings, assist committees, manage sponsorships, and coordinate financial and regulatory tasks with the Treasurer.

  • Enthusiastic & Self-Motivated: Your energy and initiative inspire others.
  • Experienced in Marketing & Events: Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and nonprofit event planning is a plus.

This position averages 5-7 hours per week, with additional hours leading up to events. The start date is as soon as a candidate is selected, ideally with on boarding overlap with the current Admin Coordinator through the end of 2025.
